Nazi Germany

The Nazi regime committed some of the most severe crimes of the 20th Century.  Domestically, the Nazis brought order and stability to chaos, offering Germany a chance to regain the prestige they once had, before the hated “diktat”.  Abroad, the Nazis challenged the status quo and wanted to regain the German greatness that they percieved Germany had lost.  Remiliterisation, annexation and diplomacy led to huge foreign policy victories for Hitler and his Nazis.  It was not until September 3rd 1939, when things seemed to change.

Under Hitler and the Nazis some restrictive measures were put in place during the 1930′s and 40′s.  However, in Nazi Germany the majority of the German population benefitted.  Discuss.
